Mixed with a green-winged macaw? I just realized that blue and gold macaws have all blue wings.

I wouldn't disagree with the conclusion that it has military macaw in it somewhere, but I doubt that it is a first generation "miligold" macaw, as they are called. The "miligold" macaws that I have seen tend to have quite a bit more green in the feathers than this bird.
