Eurasian Eagle Owl

Night Hunters- Eurasian Eagle Owl. July 11, 2013. For those of you wondering, no, I did not use my flash to take this photograph. For some reason the eagle owl enclosure is simply brighter than many of the other Night Hunters enclosures which allowed me to take this shot.

This is just a guess but I think the zoo made the exhibit brighter so it could pop out more and be more revealing to the just entering (literally) guests. The exhibit is on the right while the path leads to the left. If it was darker, I could see some people just passing it without noticing.
