Soon after, the camels left the zoo and this exhibit was used by their expanding Mhorr Gazelle herd and then later a herd of Scimitar-horned Oryx. Now, the Mhorr Gazelles and Oryx are gone and this exhibit is once again home to a pair of Bactrian Camels.
I have pictures of every exhibit in Wildlife Canyon except the Zebra Duiker exhibit. I will try to find pictures of them. I'm sure I took pictures of them. I just can't find them...
Do you have a complete list of species that were housed in the Wildlife Canyon? I'm merely curious, especially about what species were housed in the current emu exhibit. Emu just seems out of place in a place for endangered and exotic hoofstock.

They had/have Babirusa, Przewalski's Horse, Tufted Deer (emu exhibit) Mhoor Gazelles, Bennett's Wallabies, Scimitar horned Oryx and more. Back then the during the Deer Line years it had American bison, Sambar deer, Llamas, Fallow deer, and many more.
Other than the Sumatran rhinoceroses, I think the most famous residents of Wildlife Canyon, on this website at least, were the zebra duikers - which also lived in the current emu yard.
