In summer of 2014 this was a temporary holding pen for their Bennett's and Parma wallabies. The Bennett's have since left the zoo but one juvenile Parma wallaby is around for ambassador and outreach reasons. Recently the exhibit was used for an orphaned Takin, Dale, that was born at the zoo and abandoned by his parents. He has been moved to the main yard in Wildlife Canyon and rotates with an adult. I took this during one of my shifts and we were tearing out all of the weeds that had gotten out of control on the nursery building roof.
