I thought it was Beautiful Demoiselle (Calopteryx splendens) with black wings, and Banded Demoiselle (c.virgo) with the band across the wing.
 
I've checked the Fieldguide to the Dragonflies of Europe ( Dutch version ) and it indeed seems to be Calopteryx splendens.

Sorry, got them mixed up. Silly me. Took you guys a while to spot it though.
Stunning insect anyway.
 
FFBird, is just the contrary. male C. splendens banded and C. virgo almost completely dark wing (with transparent basis in ssp. meridionalis and transparent tip in ssp. occasi).

Here in Spain we also have Calopteryx xanthostoma with the rear half of the wings dark, and C. haemorrhoidalis with brown-purplish sheen instead blue, but we lack C. splendens.
