The book "America's Best Zoos" states that there is underwater viewing for fishing cats in Cleveland's Rainforest building, but isn't that a clouded leopard in the photo?

The fishing cat exhibit use to be the clouded leopard exhibit and the current fishing cat exhibit and it was really good and spacious. The Clouded Leopard use to live in a densely planted excellent indoor enclosure across the path. Well, the zoo got ocelots and moved them into that enclosure, and split the fishing cat enclosure into two using a window barrier. The Clouded Leopard now has the under water viewing portion which makes absolute no sense. Still, all the enclosure are very dense with plant life and the cats are always difficult to find.
at the time this photo was taken the fishing cats and clouded leopards probably changed sides as a form of enrichment. so today clouded leopard has the water side but another day it might have been the fishing cats turn.
Weren't clouded leopards exhibited at PCA where the aye-aye is now? There's a glass viewing "cave" near the ocelots and fishing cats where I believe the clouded leopard was kept. When did the clouded leopards leave the RainForest?

This exhibit is now for an ocelot and the fishing cat is in the former ocelot exhibit. I am not sure why they don't switch them back to what it used to be.
