Granted this over ten year old exhibit isn't stellar but it gets the job done for its inhabitants. It also allows a much closer experience that you dont get with some penguin exhibits.
Its not the most natural exhibit,it actual reminds me a bit of the old Penguin pools at Chester Zoo and Bristol Zoo in the U.K,Chester went in the mid 80`s when they built their big new pool with all natural nest burrows for the Pengiuns to use,as for Bristols its still their it now houses Chilean Pudu and does look a lot better than it did as a Penguin Pool they moved in when Bristol opened Penguin and Seal Coast in the 90`s.
