My only Moose sighting in a zoo was way back in 1964, at the San Diego Zoo. Southern California is probably not the best place to exhibit them.

@chizlit: the Columbus Zoo has a huge enclosure for the moose, with a deep pond in it for the summer months. I think that this photo just happens to show the animals in one section of the exhibit.

OK glad you cleared that up for me! Just looked like it was all wired off and I was thinking, there's not even any water there........
