What is the thing in the middle of the dragon? Some kind of movie about Asian wildlife? Is that dragon animatronic?

at first look I thought it was a globe showing Asia, but on second look it appears to show a picture of a rainforest inside

This is the preshow film, a narrated video talking about what's happening in the wild to the animals you're about to encounter. From here, you walk into the "crime scene" village with several interactive, educational displays before coming to your first animal enclosure (sun bears).
