Was this photo taken in a walkthrough aviary? I would be interested in what other species were on display with it. This is a species I would love to see - hopefully next year at Walsrode.
No, not in a walkthrough. A new aviary next to the jaguar exhibit. As for other species, it has varied each time I visit. I think they have several species of quetzals there now.
How much space does the Aquarium take up? Along with Cincinnati, this is the US collection that entices me most. It seems such a brilliant idea, although I can quite believe it didn't come cheap!
