Dallas World Aquarium has some of the worst signs ever invented, as almost everything is on a touch screen. Since the facility has hundreds of species it would take an individual an entire 12-hour day to stand at each screen and mark down the number of species in every exhibit. If there were regular signs on this aviary I could tell you exactly what was inside, but the touch screen madness drives me crazy and therefore I have no idea.
Their website lists golden headed, red capped, blue crowned, lance tailed, and golden collared manakins, as well as Chiriqui quail-dove. Somewhere I got the idea they also had swallow tailed (blue) manakin. Apparently the only golden collared manakin chicks hatched in captivity here, with at least 12 successful hatchings. Golden headed has hatched here as well, but that's all I've gotten from their website.
