How do you tell that this isn't some kind of Toadlet?

Edit: never mind, I now see that a Toadlet is tiny (also note that this edit crossed with Chli's post)

because it doesn't look like one is the simple answer. Look, for example, at the size of the head relative to the body, or the enormous poison glands behind the head. Also Uperoleia are really small - from the photo this toad looks quite a bit bigger than them.
