This is one of several 'cockatoo trees', as I have dubbed them. Three species of cockatoos can be found here, as well a macaw species and a Senegal parrot. I have never seen these birds anywhere else in the Tropics Hall, so I believe they are confined to these trees. Whether that is because they are pinioned or cannot fly, I do not know.
