Don't know how large the enclosure is but this species is not growing that big and BTW I guess this specimen should first start to eat before it can grow !
It is basking on the only branch that will be able to support it once it is fully grown. The current exhibit will not be able to hold it as it does not have a lot of arboreal space. Perhaps they could modify another exhibit, but then another species would be off display. If they could expand their reptile and amphibian house, it would be significantly better than it already is, even though it is one of the best. They were newly renovating a few exhibits for several months now, but the only new species on display as of now is texas horned lizards. If they could combine two exhibits for it, then the space would be adequate. I do agree about it needing to eat. I'll check on it the next time I make it down to Dallas.
