Predator Ridge - Crowned Crane & Guinea Fowl Exhibit

There used to be a pair of Kirk's dik dik but I guess they have moved to another zoo.

My word that's elaborate for some cranes and guineafowl (vicious predators both, incidentally! ).

Even for dik-diks it seems a bit extreme - and it seems odd not to have a grassy area (are there climatic reasons for this?).

Denver Zoo can get very cold at times but I don't think that had to do with it. They most likely relocated them because of what you said. I have never really thought of that. Maybe there were to many birds of prey or this was the favorite feral cat spot.
