I'm fairly certain that there is nowhere for the sheep to graze, and the zoo has it in its long-term master plan to renovate this area. There are two exhibits and they are actually not too bad and very "Hagenbeckish" in design, with bighorn sheep in one and rarely exhibited Dall sheep in the other.
