What little this drawing shows is essentially what got built: a simple mesh enclosure with a glass viewing area inside an Asian-themed hut. There are a number of unconvincing artificial trees, built with all branches projecting at exactly 45 degrees from the concrete "trunk" which makes them ideal for cat lounging, but pretty strange looking. It is possible one could get a glimpse of elephants in the background as shown here, though it would be looking through several layers of fencing.
Nashville, former San Diego Monkey Trails, National and Pt. Defiance are all quite a bit better than this as Cloudie exhibits go.
