Easily the best polar bear exhibit in North America, and it is highlighted by the acrylic tunnel with the bears swimming above the heads of visitors. Part of a 4.5 acre complex with several polar bear habitats (grassy meadow, tundra pack ice, and water) plus a seal pool and arctic fox exhibit.
Good question, and I'm guessing that you are referring to the upcoming "Polar Bear Plunge" renovation at the San Diego Zoo which definitely will address climate change. I do recall some information on the environment within the "Arctic Ring of Life" complex, but it opened in 2001 and therefore might need to update its environmental message.
