I wish there was but this Michigan zoo is part rescue center so perhaps many of the animals were taken in from private owners. Also, the primates have food, water, shelter and minimum space requirements although I think that many of the exhibits at this zoo are pure junk.
A new primate house is the next big order of business after the new hippo house. Development at the zoo has become a little slower going these past couple years since there has been a big fight in Michigan legislature about laws regarding large carnivores such as bears and big cats which jeopardized a large part of the zoos collection.
