@Mzungu: tigers are a dime a dozen in the United States (especially in Texas), and that is indeed a jaw-dropping fact. Many American states have barely any significant legislation when it comes to owning exotic animals.

aye i know about some states having no legislation against keeping them. they are trying to put some legislation down to prohibit the movement of tigers across state lines without a permit.
