Don't forget that Franklin Park has one male, and Roger Williams has a breeding pair (and a baby at the moment!). In regards to the exhibit at Beardsley, Pampas Plains will definately open because it's just one phase that won't cost as much as the whole project, unlike Andes Adventures, which didn't have phases, but got canceled. In fact, South American Adventure is a modification of the Andes Adventure plan! So that answers the "if" part of your question. For when it will open, I was told hopefully next spring or summer. I think that Roger Williams will have the better exhibit for the visitors with its many unique vantage points, but Beardsley might have a better exhibit for the anteaters themselves. But we'll find that out when Pampas Plains is ready of course!
