Glass viewing windows. Enclose the whole area with mesh. Plant some black bamboo and ivy. Done properley this exhbit becomes a very good exhibit. Without costing a fortune or looking ugly from the outside.
The story could be looking into the canopy of the forest.
Its amazing that Fort Worth is ranked as high as it is. I guess a lot of mediocre exhibits go a long way. Compare Fort Worth's chimp/bonobo and gorilla habitats with Dallas' and you can see a big difference. Just makes me wonder why FW is more popular.
After taking many photos that display exhibits I would say from experience that photos always makes the habitat look bigger than it is. I wasn't there in this case so I guess I can't say anything.
