I see a door on the right side that may connect to the chain link you can just barely see outside. Does the cat have an outdoor cage as well, or does the door just go to a small holding area?
The cat only has what is available in this photo (plus surely a tiny holding area), and its enclosure is as puny as most of the other exhibits in this outdated building. Adjacent to the Small Animal Building is a field with kangaroos, Bennett's wallabies and black swans, which might explain the grassy area in the background.
