It's perhaps one of the best otter exhibits for North American river otters, but there are great otter habitats at zoos like Miami Metrozoo (giant river otters) and the National Zoo (asian small-clawed otters) that are also superb. I love the Jacksonville Zoo's underwater viewing for the otters, as basically it's tailor-made for children due to the extremely low level of viewing. The children's zoo at Jacksonville was hugely innovative with its hedge mazes, splash park, playground and squirrel monkey exhibit with soft rubber flooring outside of it.
