Jaguar Cove at the Woodland Park Zoo is arguably a better exhibit, as that one is more naturalistic and has a pair of rotating cats. Jacksonville has an incredible 8 jaguars, and there are two exhibits seen by the public and a series of smaller off-exhibit spaces as well. The enclosure in the photo has a great deal of height, but it is probably half the size of the second exhibit which can be found to the right of this photo. That second exhibit has a large pool with fish, and a much larger area for the cats to roam. There are usually one or two jags in each exhibit, and then the rest are all behind the scenes.
I think my picture of this exhibit makes it appear too exposed or open for the jagaurs, and it mostly is, but they have a few nooks for hiding. There is a shaded opening into the Lost Temple building that forms the backdrop of this exhibit, and it has an interior viewing area. However, the adjacent jaguar enclosure is more shaded and has more hiding places, so it is the better of the two. But when I was there, two jaguars were certainly enjoying being perched up on the temple in this enclosure.
