Within the South American walk-through aviary.

Yay! Plastic slides!But seriously, isn't the slide a little small for giant otters?

It is a bit of a token effort, but in fairness they seemed to appreciate it!

Not sure which is the bigger sin, the plastic slide, or that gate growing out of the cliff.

what's the wording across the top? "Sometimes they were people and sometimes animals and there was no difference"

Does it relate to something in particular, maybe a former more-northerly species held in this enclosure, or is it just a random quote.
