Thanks for the photos of the revamped exhibit. There is a mock-rock mountain for the bears, and yet a dense forest in the background that would make an awesome, steep bear exhibit. Oh well, at least the $1 million upgrade allows for a lot more natural substrate and perhaps makes the enclosure slightly larger.

It's no Rotterdam, San Diego, or Taronga Zoo, but I'd say its doing pretty well for a city of only 189,815.
The bears are afraid of the waterfall, so they haven't been in the pool. Also, visitors are aloud to come into the exhibit and put enrichment out (obviously not while the bear are on exhibit).
