This is the first time I remember a paid red kangaroo walkthrough which encourages petting of the animals.

Are there usually adult males in red kangaroo walk-throughs? Not the case here, just a general question.

in Australia, usually females.

I've said this before elsewhere but it is really interesting when there are both grey and red kangaroos together in walk-throughs - the fur on the two feels completely different.

I'm sure there are several walkthroughs in Australia with males, definitely eastern and western grey kangaroos are.

Australia Zoo had a large male red kangaroo in their walk-through (when I visited over ten years ago) but he had an attendant to warn visitors from getting too close.
