snowleopard 5 Oct 2008 I can't recall off of the top of my head, but I'm 90% sure that it's a zoo in the Netherlands. Knoxville Zoo has had 93 baby red pandas in 31 years, and so that works out to exactly 3 a year since the 1970's.
