If they have a graphic like this telling visitors what to look for when watching the animal then it is probably safe to assume that the zoo had the animal.
The species was kept I believe at the southern tip of what is now Regenstein African Journey. At some point they were I believe briefly replaced by Mexican gray wolves before the current Children's Zoo opened with Red wolves. I remember the signage but never saw them personally.
JVM is correct. In the 1980s this area was called the McCormick bear and wolf habitat. It held the maned wolves ( later replaced by lobos), polar bears, sun bears and spectacled bears.
Refreshing my memory a bit, I think the maned and mexican wolves were in separate exhibits, though both were gone by the time the Red Wolves arrived in 2005. The mexican wolves were by the bottom of African Journey and maned wolves by the Bear-Hyena area.
