March 2009-This is how the exhibit looks during the winter. During the summer, the trees get so lush it\'s almost impossible to see most of the exhibit.

I think we're looking at concrete, not fluffy white stuff Hix ...

Neither, although I wish that it did snow here in LA. The exhibit is a concrete mountain with some dirt surrounding the mountain and 3 trees.

My bad - looking at the pic in the car on a laptop (=lots of reflections on the screen). Looked like lots of snow! Had seen the Takin one previously.

The snow in the takin exhibit was brought by a snow machine for the "Snow Days" event.
