Did you know that prior to construction of the Koala House in the early 1980s, that there was another yard for Australian species? This former yard was located between the now empty Koala House and the current yard that holds Koala, Echidna and Tammar Wallaby. The then 4 spaces for years held Western Euro, Grey Kangaroo, Swamp Wallaby, Pretty-faced Wallaby, Wombat, Emu and Cape Barren Goose. And I believe Agile Wallaby also.
