Conservation Carousel Construction

Conservation buildings are wrong! Every zoo building, every enclosure is a conservation building / enclosure. If you need a "Conservation Building " to explain / justify / interpret what all the rest of your zoo is about , something is seriously wrong.

This building isn't explaining anything... it's a carousel with endangered species rather than horses.... Dallas has one too.
