I know this is a little off topic, but I appreciate how you post photos of both the animals up close and their entire exhibits. Thanks for that! Yeah, I know that's a kind of weird thing to say... but it is what it is. I think it's cool to see not only what animals live in a zoo, but the space that they can move around in and the areas where guests can view them.
Actually, the majority here in Zoochat prefer having photos of exhibits and guest areas than just close ups of the animals (unless it's a really rare zoo animal), so you are not alone. I try my best to upload a balance between animal and exhibit photos, although I haven't posted a photo in months...
What you said about Elephants of Asia made sense... and you did say you had seen Billy lots of times. So how often do you visit Los Angeles Zoo? Or really any zoos period...
I know I've just started asking people billions of questions only because I haven't been to a zoo in ages and am highly anticipating my trip to the Bronx Zoo later this month.
I used to visit the LA Zoo every Saturday but I haven't been in over 3 months due to school work. I'm so jealous that you will have the chance to visit the Bronx Zoo, that is one zoo, along with the St. Louis Zoo and Woodland Park Zoo, that I would love to visit.
So you've never been to any of those 3? I just closed the Woodland Park Zoo website, coincidentally, and would really like to go there, too. I haven't really looked up the St. Louis Zoo (so I think I will tomorrow ), but I do want to go the L.A. Zoo as well. I'm jealous that you got to go EVERY SATURDAY, meanwhile I was looking forward to trips once every YEAR. I bet you really hate that schoolwork right about now.
