ZOO Antwerpen - Best zoo sign ever?

Signage by the Colombian black spider monkeys (Ateles fusciceps rufiventris) inside the Monkey House in ZOO Antwerpen. Is this possibly the best sign ever? Another instalment in my series “Things that would NEVER work in America”.

As there are still too many parents to go to Zoos to show theit Kids nature without nature, i really appreciate such educational efforts.
Cute results of reproduction but not the prosess itself, same with any smell, dirt or sound an animal may produce while just being itself.
Second best sign after one at Nuremberg Zoo telling the visitors that from time to time, Lions and tigers are fed with killed deer, goats or whatever of the zoos own stock.

I'm not sure many UK zoos would be that frank either!!

I don't know if its the best, but its certainly the most in-your-face!

I've a feeling Chester's spider monkey signage mentions 'the clitoris situation', but I may have imagined it.

Brilliant to see a sign explaining this. In a couple of zoos where I've worked this is a constant comment you hear from the public when they are watching spider monkeys.

@Maguari It does, or at least it did last time I was there. I wondered why other zoos don't do the same. I avoid the spider monkeys at Paignton if the area is busy because of all the ribald comments.
