Chacoan peccary

Catagonus wagneri
Nice species, in Europe only kept in one collection ( Tierpark Berlin - which had the European first breeding earlier this year ).
 
They are a very interesting Tayassuidae species, in the 1980s almost NO facility had them and now they are the MOST common peccary species in the US. The only former holding in europe is Berlin Zoo and they had them for a short time in the late 1970s
