South American exhibit building - no idea what will be in here.

On the right is what appears to be a large aviary taking form - possibly the harpy eagle exhibit?

Yes, that should be the Harpy Eagle aviary. The building will provide an underwater and above view of the Giant Otter exhibit, and according to the site map it will also be the "Aquaria" building, so I'm guessing the Red-bellied Piranha and other unconfirmed animals.
