Some of the giraffes (Giraffa camelopardalis) outside Egyptian Temple in ZOO Antwerpen. ZOO Antwerpen keeps a group of non-breeding females of various subspecies and hybrids (including masai, reticulated, baringo and kordofan).

The Egyptian Temple is the oldest animal house in the zoo built in 1856 and now functions as an elephant/giraffe house.
