I think this tiger is Sumatran instead of Bengal but I'm not sure. Sumatran tigers have thinner and more stripes than Bengals, and bengals are whiter in their stomach. Another thing is that the old Sumatran tiger cubs at the LA zoo were brought here to the Memphis zoo, so maybe this is one of the two cubs.
