Seems to be mainly a prop. There's no restaurant or public restrooms or gift shop in there that I saw, but they almost certainly must be using it for late-night functions and private rentals, etc.
If I remember correctly it’s mostly footage of grizzleys and other species found in the national parks that the building is meant to invoke. I just started working in the education department and we occasionally show movies and such when there aren’t events in that building (it’s regually booked for weddings), there’s actually a moose head mount still hanging on the education department that had been intended for this building lol
