You may be right, I not sure I could tell the difference. I was just going on what the sign said and the fact the Zambezi River Basin is part of their native range. Also, I saw a smaller flock of larger adult flamingos in a different part of the zoo with a sign that said they are Chilean Flamingos. It would make sense they transition to Lesser Flamingos which fits well with this new exhibit but, I don't think they co-mingled the flocks.
