They should probably just renovate both the lion and tiger exhibit to hold Amur Leopards. It would be the most cost effective way of renovating the zoos worst remaining enclosures, would fit the geographic theme, they are already tall enclosures and thus with an investment in vertical climbing structures the space could be better maximized, and it would allow them to keep housing another big cat species which attracts visitors.
