This 'Snowleopard-style' solution to the zoo's somewhat outdated design is not worth two cents in my view. I have been there and while it is not the best zoo I have visited in America, it is not the worst either.
I should maybe not have put it this way. I have visited 42 animal attractions in the USA, in 2003 and 2010, and none really deserves to be called the worst. They all have something good and something bad about themselves, good and weak spots. I would just like to come a bit to the defence of Milwaukee; I enjoyed their hospitality back in 2003 when I attended an AZA conference there.
