Great shot! The good high quality on the latest DSLR's set to high ISO is amazing, allowing indoor shots like this without a flash. Flash is very harsh and I find I hardly ever use it now that I have a Canon 5D mkII. I see you shot this at ISO 2000 on a 7D - who would have thought this was possible just a couple years ago?
