it depends on the tortoise, and they look to be fairly big tortoises, so they should have at least more land. I think that even the pond is bigger than the land space.
It appears to be a Burmese Brown Tortoise (Manouria emys)...I used to work with a trio. They really liked water and spent a good deal of time in our pond.
