That's actually a Persian goitered gazelle (Gazella subgutturosa subgutturosa), as far as I know there have never been any gazelles in the genus Procapra in US zoos, the only Procapra gazelles I know of in captivity were Tibetan gazelles that were at the Beijing Zoo, Przewalskis gazelles that are at the Xining Zoo, and Mongolian gazelles at were at the Sofia Zoo in Bulgaria, Beijing Zoo in China, and Osaka Zoo in Japan
