Interesting list. Looking through it I can tell you that the zoo no longer exhibits Margay, Geoffroy's Cat, Southern Tamandua, Tufted Deer, or Striped Possum. Interestingly they they haven't exhibited Striped Possums or Tufted Deer in several years...
By chance do you use ISIS to do these lists? As I've noticed that ISIS tends to be out of date and does list that Cincinnati holds those species... I noticed that with your listings of Columbus and San Diego as well.
Unfortunately, ISIS is the only way for me to get a species list from non European zoos. European zoos are more updated on my site. By the way, I would be very grateful for recent information about zoocollection in USA zoos.
I wonder how close they are to finishing the transfer... Until then, if you would like an up-to-date list of Cincinnati's and Columbus' on-exhibit collection for your ratings I would be abe to provide that for you.
You don't have any that they don't currently exhibit any more, but you are missing the following species for the Cincinnati Zoo. I didn't know if you left a species out on purpose or not so I just listed them all.

Well, back then I was chiefly interested in large mammals and knew much less than today, something I could kick myself in the butt for today, given the places I've had a chance to visit over the years (such as San Diego while Horn and Hoof Mesa was still up) but there's nothing we can do to change the way we were, we can only hope to become better. So that is why I continue with my zoo passion, to see the things that I did see before but didn't know how valuable they are, as well as to see species I've never seen before and may never again ...
I get the impression from this photo that they/it is kept in an open-top exhibit, which means easier to take photos, certainly easier than here in Edinburgh, where they keep a pair. Hopefully the day will come that I get a photo of one or both, as I have no photo of an Aardwolf.
Thank you for a list of animals! Only Garnett's Galago could be added to Cincinnati Zoo on my site. I've made a list of 550 species and it's a huge work to update this site every year.
