@Zebraduiker: I seem to remember you really loving this aquarium, which is often regarded as one of the 5 best in North America. Was the award-winning Australian section quite impressive?
Its my absoulty favourite aquarium in the states, the australia exhibit is amazing, and not to big, but all the realyl naturalistic looking rocks and the very good exhibits and of course,t he great stock of species are doing this exhibit to an outstanding one in an aquarium. I would like to see more famous poison australian animal sin it, so taipan for example.
A combination of the Balitmore Aquarium with the Georgia Aquarium would be make the perfect and best aquarium of the world !
Zebraduiker, if you have questions regarding the aquarium I would be more than happy to answer them. The entire Institution, spanning three buildings and two piers, is phenomenal.
I've seen many Aquariums in the states, so all of the big ones ( Shedd, Georgia Aquarium, Monterey, Boston, Aquarium of the Pacific )but Baltimore is the best Aquarium i've ever visited. Well, next year, I will visit some of the big aquariums in Japan...But I sure you, I will come back to Baltimore to visit the Aquarium again, maybe in three years.
