Opened in may 2006, guests can enjoy the most unique experience of its kind in the region – Newport Aquarium’s Shark Central exhibit. It’s home to a field research facility and dozens of sharks you can actually touch. The tank is 5,000-gallons.
Port Jackson shark, Lesser guitarfish, Pajama catshark, Bruce the Spotted Gully shark, Puffadder shyshark, Small-spotted catshark, Epaulette shark, and Leopard sharks.
