The stingrays are white-blotched river stingrays (Potamotrygon leopoldi). The other fish are a type of large catfish, they look to me like they're probably Pangasius sanitwongsei.
No the signs were taken out. It originally held the rays and stinkpot turtles no too long ago. Oh well the theme is the most dangerous animals of earth.
@devilfish, I know these fairly well from European Continental collections. They are for definite Pangasius sanitwongsei (as Thylo has also earlier confirmed here).
